Cariaggi

Based in the heart of Italy, Cariaggi are renowned worldwide for spinning the very finest cashmere which they hand select from Inner Mongolia to spin into both woollen and worsted yarns. With over 200 stock service colours in their Cashmere 2/28nm and 1kg minimum order quantity, they guarantee fast shipment to the UK. Cariaggi offer a variety of certified yarns including SFA (Sustainable Fibre Alliance) cashmere, GCS (Good Cashmere Standard), ZQ and RWS Certified merino wool.


Cariaggi also offer their own exclusive certified organic cashmere, available in natural ecru. This can also be dyed using their unique natural dyes, infused with roots, berries and herbs curated using ancient herbal recipes.

Lanecardate

A family-owned mill based in Cossato whose roots in textiles trace back to the late 1600’s. Lanecardate are a woollen spun mill who spin a variety of noble fibres; Wool, Cashmere, Alpaca, Camel, Angora.


With an almost vertical production line, they have full control over all aspects of production ensuring quality and flexibility. Lanecardate hold many stock service colours in single ply ready to be twisted to count. They can offer full traceability with their yarns as well as being RWS (Responsible Wool Standard) and Sustainawool Certified. Their stock service lambswool also benefits from being certifiably non-mulesed.

Lineapiù & Filclass

When it comes to spinning innovative, creative yarns for high fashion, Lineapiù are undoubtedly world leaders. They boast two collections; Lineapiù and Filclass and combine both natural and synthetic fibres to create a number of fancy yarn effects. Lineapiù’s mission is to make sure that by 2025 every article in their collection contains at least one sustainable attribute.


They already use a number of sustainable certifications, including GRS (Global Recycled Standard), GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard), ZDHC (Zero Discharge of Hazardous Chemicals) and FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) viscose. They have also recently launched their very own recycled cashmere range using 100% recycled post-consumer cashmere.

Sesia

Based in Valsesia at the foothill of the Italian Alps, Sesia are true leaders when it comes to sustainable fashion. Aligning themselves to the United Nation’s Sustainable Development goals, they offer a variety of certified natural yarns produced in their carbon neutral, state of the art mill.


For Winter their collection encompasses Organic Merino, Royal Suri Alpaca, Mohair, British Wool, and Cashmere. For Spring Summer their collection includes GOTS Certified organic cottons, recycled silk, organic linen and other technical fancy yarns.
